"The challenge has been great for my relationship with my daughter. Prior to the challenge I was always too tired to play with her when I got home from work. Although I felt guilty I seemed to be able to justify to myself why I did not have the time or the energy. Since participating in the challenge I have the enthusiasm and the energy to play with my daughter every afternoon. I can really see how important it is for me to be present in her life. The challenge has been a revelation for me."
